It all began after a volleyball tournament in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Here, we visited a candy store that was loved by our entire family. When returning to Brooklyn, I told my siblings about the candy store and we noticed that this is exactly what Bay Ridge and Park Slope have been missing. A candy shoppe of our own, that not only sold candy but provided an experience.

As children, my Father would take us to the local candy store on his day off (which was the highlight of our week). This is what we want Peppino's Candy Shoppe to be for others. Working together and opening this candy shop, our goal is to spread joy with candy no matter the generation. We provide an old school look that has nostalgic and new candies loved by all.

Candy is one of the simplest and most universal pleasures in the world! It is a tiny celebration you can hold in your hand. Furthermore, it is colorful, playful, and full of simple joy. Whether it’s a glossy piece of chocolate that melts on your tongue or a bright gummy that makes you smile before you taste it, candy has a way of turning ordinary moments into special memories.

We are a mom and pop candy shop. Outside of providing exceptional experiences, we are family orientated and work to teach our children the important lessons and values of opening a small business and the American Dream.
